Because quality is so important, our company has implemented one of the most strict inspection procedures in the industry. Each piece must pass through five inspection stations. These stations are a critical part of the plating process. Theses include the following:
- Receiving of Parts
- Prior to Stripping (if Needed)
- Prior to Polishing
- Prior to Plating
- Final Inspection
All of our inspectors have been trained and worked in the plating process. At any time in plating process, inspectors and technicians have the authority to stop the process to ensure the finished product is above standard.
